Also known as: Frankie, Franko, Frank the III. The short and sweet description of myself? I'd say I'm a fun, outgoing, & goofy individual - that "weird" guy in the room whose probably making a fool of himself but doesn't care.  I mean, we've all been there, or maybe we haven't, who knows.


But on a "serious" note - throughout my life, I was always very active, involved in many different sports and physical activity; however, I was never the "big" or "strong" guy. I was the "small" & "skinny" guy who was just trying to fit in. But that got old real quick. I wanted a change and knew I had so much more potential in life, not only physically but mentally as well. That is when my passion for fitness & health blossomed.


I have been weight lifting for 12+  years, have competed in various bodybuilding shows (with the want to compete in more!), and received my BS degree in Exercise Science. 


 I started Dynamic Movement with a mission to help change people's lives by giving them the tools they need to achieve a healthier, sustainable lifestyle. I was sick of seeing all of the cookie cutter programs with no aim to actually help the individual.  There are a lot of those out there and it is hard to know what is real and what is not. So, I get it, you may be skeptical but I can assure you, you will be in the BEST of hands with Dynamic Movement.   • ​App ​Onboarding: at this time, you will be set up with our Dynamic Movement Fitness App & Nutrition App where you will have access to your weekly exercise program and weekly grocery lists/meal plan. The DM App will also give you access to various videos including mindset, ways to stay on track, etc.
  • ​​Launch Program: this is the fun part! After onboarding, you will be officially launched into our program (YAY!). Our coach will interact with you daily & weekly to ensure you are staying on track. We will update your exercise/meal plans accordingly and make sure you are heading towards your goals. The entire program is extremely hands-on and we will guide you every single step of the way!
  • ​End of Program: at the end of the 16 week program, our goal is to make sure you reach YOUR GOAL and make sure you are in the best position to use your learnings from here on out. Moving yourself towards your goal should be FUN not miserable. We want you to have fun along the way and enjoy what you are eating and the way you are exercising.


Once you create the habit with how to eat properly, it will become second-nature.
